THE ABT MINI-COURSE
A Five Day Journey into the ABT
- Goal: Uncover the one sentence ABT narrative core of whatever project you are working on.
- Duration: One week program
- Number of participants: 12
- Time commitment: 3 hours
- Central Unit: You will work only with your 1 sentence ABT (5 drafts during the week).
- Philosophy: S+R = I (Simplicity + Repetition=Intuition)
- Top 3 Benefits:
- ABT Tools
- Narrative Intuition
- Social Entrainment

S + R = I
OUR TRAINING FORMULA
Simplicity plus Repetition equals the building of narrative Intuition.

BUILDING NARRATIVE FITNESS
It’s the repetition. You’ll submit 5 drafts over the 5 days.

SEEING THE ARCS
By Friday you’ll be able to look back at all the Monday drafts (including yours) and see the arcs of improvement from first draft to polished draft.
NARRATIVE CORE
By the end of the week, you’ll have a 1-sentence ABT that is the clear narrative core of your message. The ABT can be used as a company mission statement, the outline for a presentation, the core argument for a grant proposal, your marketing message, an elevator pitch, or a way to get your entire team on the same page.
Most importantly, by going through the process, you’ll be on the road to gaining narrative intuition for all your communication and uncovering more narrative cores for yourself in the future.
